Agreement
UIKora is operated by JINHANGBIN, an individual developer operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These terms govern UIKora's component-library and delivery services available at uikora.com, including the website, CLI, MCP, and Agent access. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy policy, and may accept them for any organization you represent.
Accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. Keep your sign-in method and access tokens secure, use accurate account information, and notify security@uikora.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed with your account or tokens until they are revoked.
Components and previews
Previews, descriptions, curation, and catalog metadata help you evaluate a component; a preview alone does not grant source-code rights. Delivered components are governed by the Component license and any third-party notice shown in their manifest. Third-party licenses continue to apply.
Free and Pro access
Free accounts may receive up to three distinct components per UTC calendar day. Reusing the same component on another UTC day counts again. Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the price displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout. Web, CLI, MCP, and Agent delivery use the same entitlement and usage rules.
Billing and renewal
By choosing Pro and providing a payment method, you expressly authorize UIKora and Waffo Pancake to charge the displayed monthly or annual subscription price, plus applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period until cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Payment-card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake through its hosted checkout and does not pass through or remain on UIKora servers.
Cancellation
You may cancel online at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or request help from support@uikora.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally remains active until the end of the paid period. It does not create a prorated credit. The separate Refund policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer right or payment-provider term.
CLI, MCP, and Agents
Access tokens are personal credentials. Do not publish, share, resell, or embed them in public code. You remain responsible for reviewing delivered code, parameter choices, Agent permissions, and generated products before deployment. Do not use automation to evade limits, probe the service, extract private artifacts, or provide UIKora as a competing library.
Acceptable use
Do not use UIKora unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; distribute malware, phishing material, or attack tools; interfere with availability or security; scrape protected content; bypass authentication, payment, or quota controls; use delivered material for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or high-risk professional decisions; or redistribute component source as a library, marketplace item, template pack, or substantially similar service.
Suspension and deletion
You may cancel a subscription or request account deletion from the account pages. Renewable subscriptions must be resolved before deletion completes. UIKora may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or a material breach. Terms that concern ownership, licenses already granted, payment records, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue where their nature requires it.
Service changes
Components and features may change, be corrected, withdrawn, or replaced. UIKora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, UIKora's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to UIKora for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
AI and third-party services
UIKora provides component delivery and integration tools; it does not itself host or invoke a generative-AI model. If you connect UIKora to an Agent or third-party model, that provider's availability, output, terms, and data practices also apply. You are responsible for reviewing delivered code and any Agent-generated implementation before deployment.
Privacy and retention
The Privacy policy explains data handling and retention. Account data is ordinarily retained while active; deletion revokes access and begins the documented deletion process. Certain billing, refund, fraud, tax, security, and dispute records may be retained for the periods described there or as required by law.
Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@uikora.com before initiating a bank dispute. Include your account email and order reference, but never send card details. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within two business days and resolve confirmed errors promptly with Waffo Pancake.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be announced through the service or account email at least 14 days before they take effect where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply. General, billing, refund, cancellation, and legal questions may be sent to support@uikora.com; security issues to security@uikora.com; and privacy requests to privacy@uikora.com.
